report to the relevant SETA before the 30th of April each year..

If an organisation employs 50 or more employees and / or the annual turnover meets or exceeds the level stated in Schedule 4 of the Employment Equity Act, then employers must submit Employment Equity Reports (EEA2, EEA4 and the Equity Plan) to the Department of Labour.

Contravention of the Employment Equity Act may result in fines and penalties up to R2,7 million.
